How to Use Smoking Chips – If you've never tried using smoking chips, now is the time to start! Whether you’re a rookie griller or have already mastered the art of the barbecue, smoking chips are a great, easy way to add flavor to all of your grilled foods.
1) Soak chips in warm water for 20-30 minutes, making sure that they are fully submerged.
2) Heat up your coals as normal.
3) Drain chips.
4) Once the coals are grey, add chips on top.
5) Close lid and smoke as desired.
Can I use Smoking Chips on a Gas Grill? Yes! If you grill has a built-in smoker box, simply add the soaked chips inside. If not, there is still hope! You can either buy or build an aluminum foil smoker bag or purchase an aftermarket smoker box and place in your barbecue.
What Smoking Chips do we Provide? We offer a wide variety of smoking chips in order to add the perfect flavor to virtually any food you may want to grill. We offer smaller, 180 cubic inch bags, or bulk 10-pound boxes.
Applewood – Great with fish, poultry and pork.
Maple – Great for pork, ham and of course, bacon!
Cherry – Best with poultry, turkey and fruits.
Mesquite – Beef, Brisket or anything you want to have that unique, bbq flavor.
Pacific Northwest Blend – This provides the perfect blend of maple, cherry and alder chips for a perfect mixture of wood flavors.

If you look closely at many smoking chips you find in the store, you will see very small spots of mold.
