Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! We only charge calculated rates. Please e-mail us if you have any questions at all. OR, if you live in Canada or Mexico, visit our Amazon store here! Amazon has great shipping times and rates.

Which companies do you use for shipping?

USPS or UPS.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Currently we only offer free domestic shipping to the lower 48 states for any order $35 or more. 

 

How soon after I place my order will my package ship?

Most orders placed Monday-Friday will ship next business day. Orders placed during the holiday seasons may take two days to process and ship. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Do you ship to APO FPO?

Yes we do! 

 

What Customs fees should I expect for International Orders?

Customs fees vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for the Customs fees charged by their country, and these fees are not included in your total at time of checkout. However, if you purchase from our Amazon store, fees are calculated at time of checkout.

 

Why has my tracking information not shown any changes for my international order?

USPS does not provide tracking information for First Class or Priority orders. The only shipping method with true tracking information, even while in Customs, is USPS EXPRESS shipping.
