Refund policy

We're sorry you didn't like what you got. We'll be happy to refund items that are:
• in their original, unused condition
• returned within 30 days of purchase

We'll even cover shipping if the return is a result of our error and you are exchanging it for the item you ordered (i.e. received an incorrect or defective item, etc). If you decide to return a product for any other reason, you will be responsible to pay for round-trip shipping.

We are not able to refund:
• shipping costs (if you received free shipping, actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund)
• final sale items

How to Return or Exchange an Item:
1. Email us at customerservicedesk@wildwoodgrilling.com or call 208-265-4480 to request a refund.

2. Mail your return item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

It will take us 7-10 business days to process your return or exchange once it arrives at our plant.
