This cocktail requires a smoking gun to get that boost of smoky flavor into the drink. If you don't have one, you could smoke the citrus on your grill instead.

Ingredients
- Maple Smoking Chips
- 2 shots Rum
- 2 shots Lillet
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lime
- 12 oz Ginger Ale
- Ice
Method
- Prepare a smoking gun.
- Chill 2 short glasses and add ice to the brim.
- Add equal amounts of rum, lillet, and ginger ale to the glasses with a few slices each of orange and lime, stir well.
- Ignite a smoking gun with the maple smoking chips and blow smoke into each glass. Use something to cover each glass and allow to sit for 2-5 minutes before drinking.
