Soak your skewers in hot tap water for 5-10 minutes, then use as you would any other skewer, it's that easy! These 11" skewers are flat, which can help keep them from rolling in certain cooking scenarios.

Our skewers are made from Western Red Cedar, and we never use any dyes chemicals. Only 100% raw wood. Produced in a food-safe facility.
