These planks are considered seconds or better (which saves you money). They may contain small knotholes, cracks or blemishes, but will still provide the same amount of flavor as our Grade A planks

Made from High Quality Wood

Organic and sustainably produced in the USA. We do not use any adhesives in our planks, and all cedar planks are made from Western Red Cedar.

All of our grilling products, including our seconds, are 100% natural and free of any chemical additives. Our North Idaho facility only utilizes food-grade lubricants in production.
