This recipe for a buffalo style burger is one of our favorites! Try it out for some fancy weekend grilling.Ingredients: 1½ pounds ground beef 1 5x11 cedar grilling plank Salt & Pepper 1 Sweet Onion, cut into thick slices ¼ cup Hot Wing Sauce 2 TB butter – melted 4 Kaiser Rolls ¼ cup Blue Cheese crumbles Lettuce Tomato - sliced Celery Sticks Directions: Soak cedar plank in hot water at least 15 minutes. Dry Seasoned Cedar Planked Ribs

Ribs in all their glory with the direct smoky flavor from the grilling planks.Simple Ingredients: 1 rack of baby back ribs (beef or pork) Your favorite dry spice-salt rub 1 7x15" Cedar Grilling Plank (or 2 smaller grilling planks, you can cut the rack of ribs to fit.) The Night Before: Trim off silver sinew and excess fat. Place rib rack on foil. Select dry spice-salt rub and apply liberally to the ribs. Wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator overnight.
